Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both a member and the captain for the Fierce Five team in 2012 team as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic Gymnastics team. In the 2012 Olympics she was awarded gold both on the team floor and the individual events. Bronze was taken by using the balance bar. In 2012, she became the first American athlete to win the most medals at the Olympics. At the 2016, Olympics she won gold for the team event, which earned her along with her teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having been one of the very first Americans to have two consecutive team golds. Additionally, she won silver medals at the individual all-around and for floor exercise. In between the two Olympics she took a break from competitive gymnastics for three years. She also was one of the gold medal winning American teams at two World Championships. Aly began gymnastics lessons at the age of 2 and enjoys exercises on the floor. Aly is a member of her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandma. Aly is planning to pursue an occupation as a designer. The next goal she has is the expansion of her signature range of leotards. Fierce is due to be released at the end of summer.
