Aleksei Archer is a dramatic and versatile American model and actress with a birthplace in New York. That same year she was employed as an intern at An American Place restaurant for a year. Guarnaschelli started her cooking education by watching her mother prepare cookbooks, and testing recipes. Following her time at Larry Forgione in New York in France, New York and Los Angeles she also worked at Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. She was eventually appointed the executive chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli was a guest on Food Network's Iron Chef America where she took on Cat Cora in the Farmers Market Battle of 2007. Since then, she has been an Iron Chef America judge. Guarnaschelli also participated in The Next Iron Chef in season 4 in the year 2011. In addition, she competed on Food Network's Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast which she fell short. Following the conclusion of The Following Iron Chef's 4th season, she was named sous-chef under Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian. She also hosted The Food Network program The Cooking Loft, in conjunction with Alex Guarnaschelli. In this show, she instructed a group of student chefs how to re-invent classic dishes.
